- We promise to answer any question, query or complaint with the utmost respect. Furthermore, any communication, whether electronic, over the phone, by letter or in person, shall be responded to in a timely, honest and respectful manner.
- Here at Oak Furniture UK, we have always taken pride in our ‘no hassle, no quibble’ policy. If an issue cannot be rectified successfully, we will work to replace the item or supply a full refund in a prompt and respectful manner.
- Our customer care extends to our delivery service also, in that we will place the items you have purchased in the room of your choice and remove all the packaging for recycling as covered in our White Glove Delivery Service
- Oak Furniture UK promises only to work with established manufacturers, who have a proven track record of sourcing wood and materials from sustainable sources.
