INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS VISITING OUR STORE WHEN WE RE-OPEN

1: If you have any symptoms of Covid19, please stay at home.

2: On entering the store please use the hand sanitizer provided.

3: Please ensure that you wear a face mask or face covering when entering the store.

4: Please stay 2 meters apart from other customers and staff at all times.

5: If you require a demonstration or any information please ask a member of staff who will assist you following distancing measures.

6: Transactions will be conducted safely outside our offices in the showroom where social distancing can be exercised.

SAFE CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

DELIVERY SERVICE

During the lockdown period, we will provide a safe and contactless threshold delivery service. Delivery of heavy items can be delivered to the room of choice with prior approval from the delivery company and with strict measures put in place. We will extend this service for all items to the elderly and disabled whilst taking extra precautions to keep you safe and well. We are not able to offer removal of packaging or assembly of any items during this period,

If you are self-isolating or do not want to receive delivery at this time, we will keep your items safe for as long as you need us to. You can amend your delivery date at any time by contacting customer services.
