Delivery & Returns
Delivery in most cases will be within 2-3 weeks, subject to stock availability. If for any reason this changes, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you a new delivery date. Deliveries to Scotland will take longer, normally within 3-5 weeks.
On orders over £399, you will receive our free Home Delivery Service as standard to UK mainland customers to help you get your new furniture up and running as soon as possible.
Important Delivery Information
You need to inform us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours from receiving your email regarding delivery, if you are NOT ready to accept delivery within the specified time, we can then delay the delivery to a more convenient time for you. If you don't inform us, and your order has been collected by the courier, and you refuse the delivery date they give to you, we will be charged for storage, which we will pass on to the customer. Likewise, if you cancel your order after it has been collected by the courier, there is a return charge; this is detailed in our terms and conditions.Orders of £399 and under have a £25.00 delivery charge. Please note, for these orders, we may use a national one-man delivery service.

We only deliver to the UK mainland. For Islands outside UK mainland, we can deliver via a pellet service or to an agent of your choice on the mainland. Please call 01900 871006 for more information or email customer services.

Returns:
Please note, When unpacking your item(s) do not rip the box open, remove the tape and carefully take the item out of its packaging and keep all packaging material just in case the item(s) have to be returned. We can't accept items back if they are not packaged up in their original packaging the same as when you received them.
