Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is typically within 7–15 working days, subject to stock availability. Deliveries to Scotland usually take 3–4 weeks. If anything changes, we will contact you with an updated delivery date.

Delivery Service

• Standard delivery charge: £34.50.
• Most orders include a two-man delivery to a room of your choice
• Smaller items may be delivered via courier (e.g. Parcelforce Worldwide) to your door
• Some items may arrive via pallet delivery service to your door (subject to the pathway)
• Removal & recycling of all packaging is available in checkout. (some items are excluded)
• Assembly Service
  Assembly is available on request — please contact us for a quote

Delivery Attendance
On the day of delivery, the courier will place your items in the room of choice, unpack them, and remove packaging to be recycled, if selected. 

You must allow the courier to unpack the items unless agreed with us in advance. If unpacking is refused, the goods may not be left and a re-delivery charge may apply.

Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully while the courier is present.

If there are any issues (damage, defects, or unwanted items):

• Ask the courier to note this on the Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Ensure the item(s) are repacked and taken away by the courier.
• We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible

Once items are signed for in good condition, we are unable to accept claims for damage or defects.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you are not ready to accept delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notification email from us.

Failure to do so may result in storage or re-delivery charges if the order has already been dispatched. Cancelling after dispatch will incur a return charge.

We deliver to most UK mainland addresses.

• £15 surcharge: BH, BN, CM, CO, CT, DT, IP, LN, ME, NR, PO, SO, SS, TN
• £25 surcharge: BA, CF, E, EC, EH, FK, G, KA, LA, LD, LL, ML, N, NW, NP, SA, SE, SP, SW,SY, TD, SY, W, WC
• £65 surcharge: AB, DD, DG, EX, IV, PA, PL, TQ, TR, KW, KY, PH, TA

Returns

• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging
• We cannot accept returns without original packaging
